  • Exercise Modifications: Stay active in a way that feels right for you. We’ll adjust your workouts and daily movements to protect your core and pelvic floor while maintaining strength and endurance.

  • Perineal Massage Education: Learn evidence-based techniques to help prepare your pelvic tissues for delivery and potentially reduce tearing during birth.

  • Labor Preparation & Mobility: Practice positions, breathing strategies, and body mechanics that can ease labor, promote progress, and support comfort through each stage.

  • Pushing Practice: Understand how to coordinate breath and muscle control for effective, efficient pushing that supports both you and your baby.

  • Confidence in Your Birth Plan: Build trust in your body and feel empowered to make informed choices about your labor and delivery experience.
